• Avoid washing the garment too often to protect the fabric and the prints.
• Dry in the shade; avoid direct sunlight.
• Avoid rubbing against rough surfaces or zips.
• Hang it up in a well-ventilated place to keep its shape.

Washing instructions

• Wash light and dark colours separately.
• Turn your shirts inside out to protect the prints and numbers.
• Use cold or lukewarm water (≤30 °C / 86 °F).
• Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
• Hand washing is recommended; if necessary, machine wash on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag.

Drying & Ironing

• Allow to air dry only; do not tumble dry.
• Iron on a low setting, working from the inside out; avoid direct contact with printed designs or numbers.

Special places

• Soak mud or grass stains in cold water before washing.
• Sweat stains: Soak for 10–15 minutes in a mixture of water and vinegar or bicarbonate of soda.
