INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

1. Information Collection.

We collect information from you in a number of different ways on this website.

One of the reasons we collect personal information from you is to provide an efficient, meaningful and personalised experience.

For example, we may use your personal information to:

help make the site easier for you to use by ensuring you don’t have to enter information more than once.

help you find information, products and services quickly.

Help us create content that is most relevant to you.

to keep you informed about new information, products and services that we offer.

(a) Registration and Ordering. Before using certain parts of any Site or ordering products, you must complete an online registration form.

During registration, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information, including, but not limited to, your name, delivery and billing address(es), telephone number, email address and credit card number.

We use this information for this purpose only and will not store or retain it in our records.

In addition, we may also ask you for your country of residence and/or the country in which your organisation operates, so that we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for your gender.

This personal information is used for billing purposes, to fulfil your orders, to communicate with you about your order and the Sites, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem whilst processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you.

(b) Email addresses. There are several sections of the Site where you can enter your email address for purposes including, but not limited to: registering for a competition or prize draw; requesting that we notify you of new brands, new product styles or product sizes; and signing up for email newsletters and special offers.

Your participation in a competition or prize draw is entirely voluntary, so you can choose whether to take part and provide us with information.

We use this information to notify the winners of competitions and prize draws and to award prizes.

We may publish the names and towns of competition and prize draw winners on the Site. By entering a competition or prize draw, you may be agreeing to receive our email newsletter and special offers; this will be stated in the official rules governing the competition or prize draw.

(c) Cookies and other technologies.

Like many websites, this Site uses cookies and web beacons (also known as clear GIF technology or “action tags”) to speed up your navigation of the Site, recognise you and your access privileges, and track your use of the Site.

(i) Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored as text files by your web browser on your computer’s hard drive.

Most internet browsers are set by default to accept cookies.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies from websites or to delete cookies from your hard drive, but if you do so, you will not be able to access or use certain parts of the Site.

We need to use cookies to enable you to select products, add them to an online shopping basket, and purchase those products.

If you do this, we will keep a record of your browsing activity and purchase.

THE SITE’S COOKIES DO NOT AND CANNOT ACCESS A USER’S HARD DRIVE TO COLLECT THEIR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

Our cookies are not “spyware”.”

(ii) Web beacons help to deliver cookies and enable us to determine whether a web page on the Site has been viewed and, if so, how many times.

For example, any electronic image on the Site, such as an advertising banner, can act as a web beacon.

(iii) We may use third-party advertising companies to help tailor the content of the site to users or to serve adverts on our behalf.

These companies may use cookies and web beacons to measure the effectiveness of advertising (such as which web pages are visited or which products are purchased and in what quantities).

Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and web beacons is not linked to any personal information collected by us.

(iv) For example, Facebook collects certain information via cookies and web beacons to determine which web pages are visited or which products are purchased.

Please note that any information collected by Facebook via cookies and web beacons is not linked to any customer’s personal information collected by us.

(d) Log files. As is the case with most websites, the Site’s server automatically recognises the Internet URL from which you access the Site.

We may also log your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, Internet service provider and date/time stamp for system administration, order verification, internal marketing and system troubleshooting purposes. (An IP address may indicate the location of your computer on the Internet.)

(e) Age. We respect children’s privacy.

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Elsewhere on the Site, you have represented and warranted that you are either 18 years of age or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information to us; instead, ask a parent or guardian to help you.

2. Use and Disclosure of Information.

(a) Internal Use. We use your personal information to process your order and provide you with customer service.

We may use your personal information (emails, telephone number and social media accounts) internally to improve the content and layout of the Sites, to enhance our outreach and for our own marketing purposes (including marketing our services and products to you), and to gather general market information about visitors to the Site.

In order to facilitate such use and the other use described in this Section 2, we may share your information with affiliates under the control of Minejerseys.co.

(b) Communications with You: We will use your personal information to communicate with you about the Site and your orders and deliveries. We may also send you a confirmation email when you register with us.

We may send you a service-related announcement on the rare occasions when it is necessary (for example, if we need to temporarily suspend our service for maintenance).

You may also provide your email address for reasons such as to enter a competition or prize draw; to ask us to notify you of new brands, new product styles or product sizes; to sign up for email newsletters and special offers; or to subscribe to the Zappos.com Shoe Digest.

If you provide your email address, we will use it to send you the information.

We always allow you to unsubscribe or opt out of future emails (see the ‘Opt out’ section below for further details).

As we need to communicate with you regarding orders you choose to place, you cannot opt out of receiving emails relating to your orders.

(d) External Use.

We want to provide you with excellent service and offer you a great selection.

We do not sell, rent, trade, licence or otherwise disclose your specific personal information or financial information to anyone other than affiliates under MineJerseys’s control, except that:

(i) As is the case with most catalogue and online retailers, we sometimes use third parties to carry out specific tasks on our behalf.

When we disclose information to these service providers, we do so to help them carry out their services.

For example, in order to deliver products to you, we need to share some information.

We work with third parties (such as UPS, DHL and EMS) to dispatch products, to ensure delivery, and so that we can gather feedback, improve the quality of our service, and assess and improve the quality of the third party’s service.

In the case of shippers, we provide them with certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number.

(ii) Similarly, to help you purchase products and provide you with customer service, we must provide your credit card number to financial services companies such as credit card processors and issuers.

When we submit your credit card number for authorisation, we use state-of-the-art data encryption to protect your information.

(More on this below in the section on Data Security.)

(iii) We may disclose such information in response to requests from law enforcement officials conducting investigations; subpoenas; a court order; or if we are otherwise required by law to disclose such information.

We may also disclose personal information where such disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements, or to protect ourselves or others. For example, we may share information to reduce the risk of fraud or if someone uses or attempts to use the Site for illegal purposes or to commit fraud.

(iv) We will not sell (or trade or rent out) personally identifiable information to other companies as part of our normal business operations.

However, it is possible that we may acquire another company, merge with it or be acquired by it, or that we may dispose of some or all of our assets.

If that happens, your personal information may be disclosed to another company, but such disclosure will be subject to the Privacy Policy in force at the time.

(v) We may share non-personal information (such as the number of daily visitors to a particular web page, or the size of an order placed on a certain date) with third parties such as advertising partners.

This information does not directly identify you or any user personally.

(vi) We may publicly disclose the name, town and county of the winners of the competition and prize draw.

DATA SECURITY

The Site employs physical, electronic and administrative measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) for all financial transactions carried out via the Site.

We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and we also take a number of measures to protect your personal information at our premises.

Finally, we rely on third-party service providers to ensure the physical security of some of our computer hardware.

We believe that their security procedures are adequate. For example, when you visit the Site, you access servers that are housed in a secure physical environment, behind a locked cage and an electronic firewall.

Whilst we take industry-standard precautions to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee complete security.

100%: Complete security does not currently exist anywhere, either online or offline.

OPT OUT/CORRECTIONS

At your request, we will (a) correct or update your personal information; (b) stop sending emails to your email address; and/or (c) deactivate your account to prevent any future purchases via that account.

You can make these requests by telephone or by emailing your request to Minejerseys’s Customer Service Team.

Please do not email your credit card number or other sensitive information.

OFFLINE COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

As you might expect from us, most of the information we collect is obtained via the Site, and this Privacy Policy applies only to the online collection of personal information. We may also collect information offline, in which case we also endeavour to protect the privacy of your personal information.

One example is when someone calls us to place an order or to ask questions. When someone calls, we will only ask for the personal information we need in order to place the order or to answer the question.

When we need to store information (such as order details), we will enter it into our database using SSL encryption.

(See the Data Security section above for further information). Another example concerns faxes.

If you send us a fax, we will process it and then either store it in a locked filing cabinet or shred it if there is no need to retain the information.

There are other ways in which we might obtain personal information offline (for example, we imagine that someone might send us a letter containing a return address), and this Policy does not discuss or attempt to predict all such methods or uses.

As we mentioned, we will endeavour to treat offline collection, use and disclosure in a manner consistent with our relevant online practices.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

If we amend or update this Privacy Policy, we will publish the changes and updates on the Site so that you are always aware of what information we collect, use and disclose.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time so that you are aware of any changes or updates to it.

If you have any questions about the Privacy Policy, please contact us at feimingstore@gmail.com
