Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receiving the parcel to receive a full refund.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us first and return the item to the correct address in a condition suitable for resale.

Guide to Returns 

Please ensure that the products are in their original condition.

That means the product has not been washed, worn, had its plastic packaging removed or been damaged.

Items with a customised name and number, or which have already been washed, cannot be returned (provided there is no quality issue). We ask for your understanding. 

Exchange

Items without a customised badge, name or number may be exchanged for other items of the same value, or you may pay a different price to exchange them for other items; however, you will be required to pay the postage costs for returning and resending the items.

What can I do about the size issue with the exchange?

1. You can return the item for an exchange. You’ll need to pay for the return postage.

2. You can pay us $15 or 50% of the item you wish to exchange, and we will send you another size if you wish to exchange the item again.
